UP & AWAY BALLOON GARLANDS is ran and operated solely by Bobbi Jo Kegarise. What started as an idea soon became reality when she opened her business to the public in June 2022. She loves helping clients make their dreams a reality and looks forward to helping you, too! Recently, she was voted First Place for Party/Event Entertainment by The Observer Reporter. (2023)
